The Makita 18-Volt X2 LXT Hedge Trimmer (model XHU04PT) is powered by two 18-Volt LXT batteries (36-Volt), so you get 36-Volt power and run time for corded and gas-powered demands, without leaving the 18-Volt LXT platform. Model XHU04PT is a kit and includes 2 fast-charging 18-Volt LXT 5.0 Ah batteries and an 18-Volt Dual Port Charger that will charge 2 batteries simultaneously for increased productivity and less downtime.
